We started out to improve the performance of the construction department. We ended up changing the performance of the entire upstream sector of a major oil and gas company.

In fact, we were so successful that we then initiated the improvement effort in the downstream sector. 

The consulting Corporation was founded in 1999 by Frank Koczwara after decades of employment with Exxon, Amoco, and bp.
