About CSQ3 – Frank Koczwara

  A Different Approach to Organizational Excellence

CSQ3 was developed from real-world organizational performance and improvement experience.

The objective was to understand how organizations could improve their effectiveness, better utilize their people, manage performance, and consistently deliver greater value.

  The CSQ3 approach developed through organizational performance improvement work that began within a department of a major international organization.

The effort involved examining how organizational performance could be improved through changes in organizational behavior, management practices, work efforts, and performance measurement.

The improvement effort ultimately expanded across an organization of approximately 36,000 employees.

That experience helped establish the foundation for the CSQ3 methodology. 

  CSQ3 is based on the belief that organizational performance can be significantly improved by addressing three essential elements:

OPTIMUM — MANAGE

METRICS — MEASURE

Together, these elements provide an integrated approach to organizational improvement.

  The principles of organizational excellence are not limited to a particular industry, organization size, or mission.

The same fundamental challenges exist in businesses, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and other institutions.
