CSQ3® Metrics introduces a 10,000-point organizational performance scoring system designed to assess two fundamental dimensions:

6,000 POINTS — DELIVERY OF ORGANIZATIONAL VALUE

Is the organization delivering the value it exists to deliver?

4,000 POINTS — DEVELOPMENT OF A SELF-CORRECTING ORGANIZATION

Can the organization recognize problems, learn from results, adapt, correct, and improve?

The model establishes 10,000 points as the maximum score and identifies scores of 9,000 or higher with organizational excellence.

CSQ3® grew out of organizational performance improvement work that began within one department and ultimately expanded across an organization of approximately 36,000 employees.

The experience helped establish the foundation for a methodology designed to address the challenges organizations face at different levels, from individual teams and departments to entire enterprises.
